For more than five decades, the National Conference of Puerto Rican Women, Inc. (NACOPRW) has empowered Latinas across the country through leadership, education, mentorship, advocacy, and community engagement. While Latinas are one of the fastest-growing and most influential populations in the United States, they remain underrepresented in executive leadership positions, corporate boardrooms, elected offices, and many decision-making spaces. Women who have access to strong professional networks, mentors, and sponsors are more likely to advance in their careers, pursue higher education, and achieve leadership roles. NACOPRW can provide that network.

By becoming a member, you join a multigenerational community of accomplished women committed to lifting one another as we climb. Our members gain opportunities for professional development, leadership experience, civic engagement, cultural connection, and lifelong friendships. Together, we honor the legacy of the remarkable women who came before us while creating new opportunities for future generations of Latinas. When one Latina succeeds, she opens doors for many others, and when we support one another, our collective impact is immeasurable.
